You will step back in time upon entering this spacious historic Tybee raised cottage originally built in 1910. Transformed into The Georgianne Inn during 1921, this beach home has undergone many changes but has never lost the sense of nostalgia it evokes. Situated just 3 houses back from the sand and surf, this estate will give you a sense of how things used to be on Tybee Island. Even though The Georgianne Inn is nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood, it is close to downtown Tybee and the stunning Pier and Pavilion. No need to drive for great dining, it’s just a quick walk to a wide variety of restaurants, attractions and nightlife.
The DeSoto Beach Vacation Properties family purchased The Georgianne Inn in May of 2017. In tradition, they have been working hard to upgrade the overall quality of their guests’ experiences. The recent remodels and renovations have not taken away from the Inn’s charm but only serve to provide more modern amenities to enhance everyone’s stay. Expect even more big changes this winter!

**Effective July 1st 2015 The State of Georgia has put into effect a new Transportation Tax of $5.00 per night
Reservations: A deposit of one night’s room rate plus tax per room will be charged to your credit card at the time of your reservation. A confirmation letter will be sent to your email address. Please review it and contact us immediately if there are any questions or errors. If we do not hear from you we will assume everything is correct.
Rates: Weekdays are Sunday nights through Thursday nights. Weekends are Friday and Saturday nights. Minimum stays are generally required for weekends, holiday periods and special events.
Cancellations: You have up until seven (7) days prior to arrival to cancel your reservation, change the dates or length of stay.
• Deposits are fully refundable, with no cancellation fee, if the cancellation is made at least seven days in advance of the reservation date.
• Guests canceling their reservation within seven days of the reservation date or who do not cancel their reservation and fail to arrive will forfeit their deposit.
Parking: One parking space is available for each reservation. Parking is stacked and can accommodate up two (2) vehicles. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate trailers or oversized vehicles. Only passenger vehicles are permitted, no recreational vehicles, boats, or trailers allowed.
Pets: We are sorry, but pets are not permitted on property. Any evidence of pets will result in a $250 cleaning charge that will be charged to your credit card.
Age Requirement: You must be at least 25 to check in.
Extra Guests: Each terrace can accommodate extra guests with a pull out sofa beds. Unit capacity may not exceed maximum allowable by fire code. An accurate count for all guests is required for each reservation. There is no additional cost for extra guests.
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside of terraces. Smoking is limited to the outside grounds or porches (be sure windows and doors are closed). A minimum of $250.00 cleaning surcharge and all costs relating to the loss of revenue while property is not rentable will be charged to your card if evidence of smoking in the unit. You will also be asked to vacate immediately without refund.
Housekeeping: All of our terraces have a basic supply of bed and bath linens (sheets and pillowcases on each bed, one bath towel and wash cloth per person up to the unit capacity, and two hand towels and one bath mat in each bathroom).Should you require extra linen, you should plan to bring them, or you may launder them during your stay. Beach towels are not provided. We also provide a “starter supply” of bar soap, dish soap, laundry soap, toilet paper and paper towels. Guests must replenish these items themselves if they run out. The unit is cleaned and beds (except sofa beds) are made prior to your arrival. Daily housekeeping service is not provided and guests are expected to launder towels, etc. as needed during their stay. It is not necessary to wash towels or bed linen prior to departure. It is a good idea to bring beach towels for beach use. Trash cans are provided inside each Terrace. All trash is removed by housekeeping from each unit at the end of each reservation. Please do not allow containers to overflow. Daily trash removal is not provided, however, guests may use the dumpster in the alley next to the hotel parking lot to dispose of excess trash during your stay.
Keys: You will be supplied with one (1) key at check in. You must turn your key into the Front Desk at check out. If you do not return the key at check out or if you lose the key you will be charged a $100 fee to re-key the lock.
Damages: We recognize sometimes accidents are unavoidable and damage might incur. Any costs relating to cleaning, repair, or replacement of damaged items is the responsibility of the guest. All costs relating to damages will be assessed to your credit card upon discovery as well as the loss of revenue while property is not rentable.
Special Events: We may issue and require wristbands during special events. Without wristbands, access to property will be limited.
Taxes: 13% state and local taxes are added per night. (7% State, 6% Local)
