Located on a main road, this apartment complex is situated directly in the tourist centre of Playa de las Americas. The nearest public transport links, countless shops, bars and restaurants lie in the immediate vicinity. The beach and the sport harbour Colon are some 300 m from the complex. Built in 1986 and renovated in 2002, the apartment complex has a total of 157 rooms spread over 7 floors. Amongst the facilities count a foyer with a 24-hour reception, a currency exchange desk and lifts. The complex also offers a self-service laundrette (charges apply), car parking and Internet access. The welcoming apartments/ studios come with a bathroom, a direct dial telephone, a combined living and sleeping room and satellite TV (for an additional fee).
