It has a living room with an equipped kitchen (fridge, two-burner ceramic hob, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster and kettle), a coach, a desk, 50" TV, a bathroom with a shower and two bedrooms with a 192x150cm double bed. The living-dining room has a balcony overlooking the avenue that leads to the Sardinero beaches and one of the double rooms has a small balcony overlooking the garden.
Cleaning service not included. In case of long stays, a complete cleaning (with change of sheets and towels) is included every 3 days.
