“In central San José, La Casa is a property with the quickest route to everything San Jose travelers have for dining, touring and nightlife carousing. Wifi is available at the hostel; the dormitory is pleasant and doesn’t use stacked bunks; however, five private rooms are bookable for accommodations downstairs in the mansion. The mansion’s bathrooms are spacious with showers and personal amenities to use. The entertainment room is a shared space along with the garden terrace where smokers are welcomed. The common-use lounge has a giant TV, two sofas and unused lockers. The common-use kitchen is also part of the hostel’s shared spaces. Tours and city outings can be booked from the hostel where several museums are short walks away. Juan Santamaría International Airport is just 11 mi away.
