Westgate Vacation Villas provide a home away from home just a mile from Walt Disney World. Settle into comfy rooms and suites, many with patios or balconies bathed in Florida sunshine. The resort is a destination all its own, with 13 pools, a fishing lake, sports courts and a packed schedule of activities. Dine at one of three resort restaurants. Westgate Vacation Villas provides free scheduled transportation to Disney World, as well as Universal Orlando, and SeaWorld . Also, guests may purchase theme park tickets in the property.
The Resort offers an activities center with basketball, volleyball, tennis, games and scheduled poolside activities. With 13 outdoor pools, 13 hot tubs, a children's wading pool, playground, fitness center, fishing lake and shuffleboard. Rent a bike and enjoy a ride around the neighborhood. Shop at Hollywood Trendz at the resort, and catch a Disney movie in the resort's theater.
Choose from studios, one- or two-bedroom suites, two-bedroom deluxe suites and two-bedroom loft suites. All feature a kitchenette or full kitchen facilities, air conditioning, and 27-inch color TVs. Private balconies, screened-in patios, Jacuzzis, DVD players and washer/dryer units are included in some suites. Wi-Fi Internet access is complimentary. Free cribs are available upon request.
The resort also features great meals and drinks served at Cordovano Joe's Authentic New York Style Pizza, Sid's Bistro and the Banana Cabana poolside bar, all at Westgate Vacation Villas. Craving a cookout? Stop by Joe's Marketplace to pick up groceries and throw some steaks on the resort's grills.

Deposit Policy-- One nights room and tax deposit required at the time of booking. Full and final payment is due upon arrival. Must have valid ID and form of payment. A 50 USD credit card or 200 USD cash deposit is required at check-in for incidentals.
Standard Pet Policy – One cat or dog up to 60lbs. A mandatory Cleaning Fee of 170.00 USD, plus a Deposit of 100.00 USD, which is returned if there is no damage to the unit, is required at check-in. Breed restrictions apply. No charge for service animals. See Terms and Conditions for full policy details.
One dog or one cat is allowed per unit. Pet must not exceed 60 pounds. The following breeds are not allowed on property: Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Huskies, Alaskan Malamutes, Doberman Pinschers, Chow Chow and Presa Canario. The Pet/Cleaning Fee is $170.00. Additionally, we require a refundable pet deposit of $100.00, which is returned if there is no damage to the unit. At check-in, guests are required to advise the Front Desk that they have a pet. If the guest does not advise the Front Desk that they have a pet, and a pet is found in the room, they will be charged $190.00, in addition to the $100.00 deposit. Guests are fully responsible for their pet’s actions and any damages that may occur. While the pet is in the unit it is expected to be supervised at all times. At the time housekeeping services are provided, the housekeepers will not service the unit if the pet is left unattended. It is the guest’s responsibility to confirm with the resort Front Desk staff as to the locations outside of the guest’s unit where pet will be permitted. When pet is out of the unit and on property, it is expected that the pet be on a leash and under the control of the handler. It is expected that the handler will pick up and properly dispose of any pet deposits. In the event a pet soils or stains fabric, additional charges may be assessed accordingly. Pet must not disturb other guests. The pet is not allowed in the Restaurants, Spa, Marketplace, Pool Areas, Game Rooms, and/or common retail space or amenities. This policy does not apply to service animals. A service animal is a dog that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for a person with a disability. Owners and Guests with service animals are not charged any of the above fees. Service animals are permitted at all resort locations whether they have a pet unit or not. Emotional support animals are not service animals and are subject to the terms of the pet policy.
Package Handling & Storage Fees Policy
For reservations made on or after February 1, 2015, package handling and storage fees will apply, per package, to all packages that are shipped and/or stored at the resort prior to and/or during a guest stay. The fee for acceptance and secure storage for up to 20 packages is $5.00 per package, and $10.00 per package for 21 packages or more. Photo ID will be required to claim package(s) and must match the name on the package(s). Payment will be due at time of package claim. Any and all packages that are not claimed within 30 days from the date of delivery or placement into storage at the resort will be returned to sender, or may become the property of the resort. While all efforts are made to keep stored packages as secure as possible, lost and/or stolen packages are not the ultimate responsibility of the resort.
