This is a non smoking property; Smoking is not allowed in the guestrooms, suites or anywhere indoors and is strictly enforced. A smoking penalty fee in the amount of $250 will be assessed to the reservation. Cancellations must be made 72-hours prior to check-in by 3pm hotel time or one night's room and tax penalty fee will apply. Must have valid ID and form of payment. A 50 USD credit card per night or 200 USD cash deposit is required at check-in for incidentals.

This Destination fee is payable by the guest TO THE HOTEL at the time of checkout.
Parking: Parking is available by VALET ONLY. $72/Day for Standard Vehicle, $82/Day for SUV's, and $92/Day for Super Size. Self-Parking is not available. Valet service is via third party vendor and is not owned or managed by the hotel.
Dog Friendly Policy:
Unless otherwise stated, most Westgate Resort locations are dog friendly. Please note that no other animal types
(such as cats, birds, etc.)1 are permitted on any Westgate Resort property and this policy is strictly enforced by
Resort Management and/or Resort Security for the safety and enjoyment of all guests. Emotional support animals
are not considered Service Animals under Westgate Resort’s Service Animal Policy (see below) or applicable law,
and are only permitted on Resort property to the extent they qualify under the Dog Friendly Policy.
Service Animal Policy
Service Animals are not subject to the Pet Dog Fee or Unauthorized Pet Dog Penalty Fee. However, Service
Animals are subject to damage assessments under the Dog Friendly Policy should they cause any damage to a
room/suite. Please note that emotional support animals are not considered Service Animals under applicable law
and will not be recognized under this Service Animal Policy. Emotional support dogs will be required to follow the
Dog Friendly Policy and shall be subject to any associated fees.
A mandatory, non-refundable Pet Cleaning Fee of 150.00 USD is required at check-in. Additional 100.00 USD penalty charge for unreported dogs in unit. Breed restrictions apply. No charge for service dogs. See WestgateResorts.com Terms and Conditions for full policy details.
