EGGSLUT

Eggslut’s chef-driven, gourmet food concept was hatched in Los Angeles in 2011 by Chef Alvin Cailan. Inspired by a true love for eggs, Cailan’s menu is a balance of comfort and innovation with unique twists on breakfast sandwich favorites. At The Cosmopolitan, Eggslut will continue to celebrate food that appeals to all food lovers all while utilizing its key, namesake ingredient – the egg. Eggslut at The Cosmopolitan will be the brand’s first expansion outside of the Los Angeles market, serving beloved breakfast items day and night.

BEAUTY AND ESSEX

Featuring multi-ethnic signature dishes and specialty cocktails, Beauty & Essex will serve dinner from 5 PM - 1 AM every Monday, Friday & Saturday and 5 PM - 12 AM every Sunday, Tuesday & Thursday. 

MOMOFUKU AND MILK BAR

The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas is pleased to announce that Momofuku and Milk Bar will open at the Las Vegas resort, marking David Chang and Christina Tosi’s first projects on the West Coast. Both the restaurant and Milk Bar, which are currently in development, will be the newest additions to the resort’s culinary offerings.

Established by chef and founder David Chang in 2004 with the opening of Momofuku Noodle Bar, Momofuku has grown to include restaurants in New York City, Sydney, Toronto, Washington, DC, and soon, Las Vegas. Momofuku has a total of thirteen restaurants, two bars, and a Culinary Lab. The restaurants have gained worldwide recognition for their innovative take on cuisine, and Momofuku Ko has retained two Michelin stars for the past eight years.

Milk Bar is the highly acclaimed bakery founded by chef and owner, Christina Tosi. Christina is best known for her innovative creations, including cereal milk™ ice cream, compost cookies®, and crack pie®, all of which have gained worldwide recognition since she opened Milk Bar’s doors in 2008. Milk Bar has a total of seven locations, including New York City, Toronto, Washington, DC, and soon, Las Vegas. Christina is a two-time James Beard award winner and author of two cookbooks, Momofuku Milk Bar and Milk Bar Life. She is also a judge on the hit culinary competition series, MasterChef and MasterChef Junior (on Fox).

ZUMA

Created and co-founded by Chef Rainer Becker, ZUMA features modern Japanese cuisine and award-winning world-class cocktails in an elegant and sophisticated environment. Inspired by the informal izakaya dining style, the international restaurant features a modern Japanese cuisine that is authentic but not traditional. The menu is designed to be shared and offers dishes from a sushi counter, main kitchen, and a robata grill. Cosmopolitan¹s Race & Sports Book: Now located on the Casino floor and is more than double the size of the original. The new book features state-of-the-art LED video walls for both sports and race, dozens of high-definition television screens, the latest in mobile wagering technology, and a combination of lounge-style seating areas, traditional betting stations, and VIP areas where guests can view their own 90-inch high-definition television.

A 24-hour Race and Sports bar anchors the space and features 23 video poker machines and multiple high-definition televisions showing live sporting events.
