With on-site dining, free Wi-Fi and an extensive athletic club and spa, the non-smoking Sheraton Springfield Monarch Place Hotel is a relaxing choice for our guests in the heart of downtown. The high-rise, 325-room property has both a restaurant and sports pub on-site with plenty of flat-panel TVs to watch big games. Accommodations have views of the city or the Connecticut River and free Wi-Fi, and larger rooms have kitchenettes, fireplaces and jetted tubs. The hotel is home to the 4 Fitness Athletic Center with spa treatments and aerobics and spinning classes available. There's even more opportunity to get active on the racquetball court or in the indoor pool. Parking available for a fee. The Sheraton Springfield Monarch Place Hotel is in downtown Springfield, five blocks from the Amtrak station. Symphony Hall is adjacent, and there are a number of restaurants within easy walking distance. Make a day of it at Six Flags New England, a 10-minute drive, or the Eastern States Exposition and Big E Fairgrounds, three miles away. Visit your favorite Dr. Seuss characters at the sculpture garden, a 10-minute walk from the hotel. The MassMutual Convention, Sports and Entertainment Ceter is a quick two-block walk, and Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame is one mile away. Springfield City Stage is also nearby, and it's 16 miles to Bradley International Airport. The Sheraton Springfield Monarch Place Hotel is a "wonderful, relaxing place" in a "great location" where our guests enjoy "spacious rooms with nice decor" and a "fabulous gym" with an indoor pool.
