Notice

The indoor pool and hot tub will be closed for renovation beginning January 14, 2023 through February 20, 2023. The property’s outside spa is heated and will remain available.

Policies and Fees

• A valid government-issued photo ID is required at time of arrival and must match the guest name under which the reservation was made. Guests must be at least 21 years old to check into the resort.
• Please contact the resort prior to arrival if you anticipate your arrival time would be later than midnight (resort local time). Arrivals after midnight may be subject to cancellation.
•  A USD 28.00 Resort Fee will be applied daily to this reservation. This fee includes Guest internet access;  Mini-golf; movie & board game rentals; select daily activities, Arts & Crafts; book exchange;  game console rentals; Sports equipment (Volleyball, Horseshoes, Tennis, Basketball); Barbecue equipment.
• The Debit or Credit Card used to secure your booking must be presented at check-in. If the card is not presented, funds secured are reversed, and payment is secured on the new card. The Card owner must be present at time of arrival.
• A USD 200 Security Hold is required at time of arrival and must be placed on a major credit or debit card.
• Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
• Daily housekeeping service is not provided.  Reservations with 8-nights stays or longer will receive a complimentary cleaning service on the 8th day. Daily housekeeping may be arranged with the Front Desk for an additional fee.
• Pets are not permitted and strictly enforced with the exception of Service Animals. Certified Emotional Support and Therapy animals are not permitted.
• When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
