Hotel Details

An iconic Duval Street hotel with free Wi-Fi, a pool and rooftop sunset views, the La Concha also features a famous seafood restaurant and poolside bar. Housed in a National Historic Landmark built in 1926, this legendary Duval Street property has played host to the likes of Harry Truman, Tennessee Williams (who wrote A Streetcar Named Desire here) and Ernest Hemingway (who wrote To Have and Have Not at the hotel). The six-floor structure has 160 rooms, all with plush Sleep Advantage beds, free Wi-Fi, CD players and 42-inch flat-panel TVs with premium cable. One of the most famous spots in Key West is the hotel's rooftop bar and observation desk, where guests can sip an icy cocktail against a backdrop of the Key West sunset. The hotel also has an inviting pool, sun deck, poolside bar, fitness center, renowned seafood restaurant and parking (for a fee). The hotel is in the heart of Old Town on Duval Street, right near Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville restaurant. If you're driving from Key West International Airport, the hotel is four miles west. "Loved the rooftop deck at sunset," say our guests, who like to waste away again near Margaritaville at this Key West classic with a "great location and atmosphere" and "nice pool."
