The Penguin Hotel, is a shining example of 1940's Late Art Deco style, situated directly on Ocean Drive and 14th street, the “quiet side” of Miami Beach, directly across from the beautiful South Beach and only a few steps away from Lincoln Road Mall, popular restaurants and night clubs.

The property was tastefully renovated in 2006 by a French Designer. This hip hotel boasts 42 non smoking guest rooms, each individually appointed with one wall entirely covered with a canvas portraying flowers or other natural elements. Oceanfront and Oceancorner rooms in The Penguin Hotel feature panoramic strip windows with breathtaking ocean views, as well as panoramic views of South Beach, and plenty of light and sunshine.

The Penguin Hotel amenities include wet bars with marble countertops, sinks, and compact refrigerators. Plasma-screen TVs, cable TV, safe box and Czechoslovakian crystal chandeliers.

Guests have also access to the amenities of its sister property the President Hotel (located directly behind the Penguin Hotel), which offers a relaxing patio with a refreshing splash pool perfect for small children. The President Hotel lobby houses the Green Bar and Restaurant which serves breakfast, lunch, Happy Hour drinks and much more.

There is a refundable security deposit of USD50 per room/per night, max. USD500 per stay which can be paid in cash or CC upon check in.

There is a $50 charge for the Standard Double and Ocean Corner Rooms. They may allow 4 people to sleep in based on availability. 

None of the Penguin Hotel rooms have space to place a roll-away bed.
