The Perry, South Beach is set on a palm tree fringed beachfront paradise in South Beach. The property spans a full city block on Collins Avenue between 23rd and 24th Streets, the epicenter of a neighborhood burgeoning with cultural institutions, art galleries, museums, shops, restaurants and nightclubs.
The property is oceanfront with 3 pools and a rooftop pool 18 stories high.
A celebrity magnet, this oceanfront Miami Beach hotel raises 18 stories along historic Collins Avenue. The pedestrian-only Lincoln Road Mall, with stylish shops, cafes, and clubs, is less than a mile away.
Two infinity-edge pools – one on the rooftop – command spectacular ocean views. Other highlights include the David Barton Gym + Spa, STK restaurant, Pool Plaza restaurant, various boutiques and the East Coast’s longest seamless shark tank spans the hotel lobby.
Overlooking the city or ocean, spacious guestrooms known as the largest in the city, feature 40-inch LCD HDTVs, complimentary wireless Internet access, and 400-thread-count Egyptian cotton linens. Bathrooms have separate showers and tubs.
Resort Fee: There is a $15.00 per person per day fee use the David Barton Gym. To use the gym all guests must pay at the property.
The Perry South Beach Hotel is undergoing exciting new improvements!
During this time, the improvements will be restricted to the exterior facade (guest room balcony)and parking garage. No work will be carried out inside an occupied guestroom. Scaffolding is in place in areas around the perimeter of our property and there will be noise disturbances from 8AM-6PM, Monday – Friday, and could be scheduled to take place on Saturday and Sunday. Our guest room balconies will also be sealed off during the façade work.
