Policies and Fees:

• A valid government-issued photo ID is required at the time of arrival and must match the guest name under which the reservation was made. Guests must be at least 21 years old to check into the resort.
• Please contact the resort prior to arrival if you anticipate your arrival time would be later than midnight (resort local time). Arrivals after midnight may be subject to cancellation.
•  A USD 17.25 Resort Fee will be applied daily to this reservation. This fee includes Guest internet access; Self-Parking 1 car; Select Daily Activities; Steam room and Sauna; Sports Equipment (Tennis and shuffleboard).
• The Debit or Credit Card used to secure your booking must be presented at check-in. If the card is not presented, funds secured are reversed, and payment is secured on the new card. The Card owner must be present at the time of arrival.
• A USD $200 Security Hold is required at the time of arrival and must be placed on a major credit or debit card.
• Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
• Daily housekeeping service is not provided.  Reservations with 8-nights stays or longer will receive a complimentary cleaning service on the 8th day. Daily housekeeping may be arranged with the Front Desk for an additional fee.
• Pets are not permitted and strictly enforced with the exception of Service Animals. Certified Emotional Support and Therapy animals are not permitted.
• When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

RENOVATION:

Beginning May 8, 2023, we anticipate the guest room balconies to undergo renovation. As a result, these balconies will be inaccessible to Guests. During the project, Turtle Cay Resort’s other on-site amenities will remain available, including those located at Beach Quarters Resort. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your cooperation.
