Currently the best rooms in the house, the four deluxe rooms are all on the first floor and larger than the other rooms, providing more space to relax. Three of the four deluxe rooms can be used as a twin room. Please advise at reservation stage if you would prefer two single beds.

Double Room

All rooms have a private bathroom with a shower and toiletries, while there is also a flat-screen TV with Freeview and a free tea tray in the room. Four of these rooms are in the main building and four are located in our outside courtyard area. They are popular because of their individuality.

In Hay-on-Wye, The Swan at Hay is positioned between the Brecon Beacons and The Black Mountains.
