Please note effective June 1st, 2019, the use of the hydrotherapy (wet areas) will have a charge of USD $19.00 per person per day.  Guests who buy any spa treatment are not required to pay additional fees.

The State of Quintana Roo's Congress has enacted a law that created a new "Environmental Fee", requiring all guests to pay a small fee per room, per stay.  As a result, beginning March 1st, 2019 a mandatory fee of USD $1.04 ($20.00 Mexican Pesos), per room, per night will be collected at the resort.
