Stay Waikiki offers contemporary guest rooms that are brightly decorated with vibrant colors and chic decors that are just as exciting as the destination Waikiki.  All guest rooms are non-smoking and offer free WiFi internet access.  

Effective Wednesday, 5/2/18, Stay Hotel Waikiki will be increasing its mandatory amenity fee and parking fee (optional) for new bookings as of May 2, 2018.

We will honor the previous amenity fee rate for future reservations that were booked prior to May 2, 2018.  Stay Hotel Waikiki will be collecting its daily amenity (resort) fee directly from the guests upon check-in. 

Amenity Fee :US$15 plus 14.962% tax ($17.24 tax inclusive) per room per night

Parking Fee: Daily Parking Fee will be increased to US$45 plus 4.712% tax ($47.12 tax inclusive) per vehicle (in/out privilege-Effective: June 11, 2018)

COVID Policy Update:

1)  Front desk hours:  7 AM - 9 PM daily (please remove 24-hours)

2)  Amenity fees:  WAIVED for stays through June 30, 2021

3)  Flexibility cancellation:  extended for stays through May 31, 2021; cancellation penalty will be waived if made and reported before 24-hours prior to arrival.

4)  Amenities that are temporarily closed until 12/31/2020:  self-laundry, newspaper in lobby, beach amenities

5)  Housekeeping service will be limited to checkout only.  

6)  Restaurant/bar is closed indefinitely (reopening date TBA later).

Effective for all stays from 7/1/2021 through 12/31/2021, we will be adjusting our mandatory amenity fee at Stay Hotel/Stay Condominiums as follows:

US$10 plus 14.962%  tax  ($11.50 tax inclusive) 

Stay's amenity fee will include the following benefits:

• WiiFi Internet access - in-room and public areas
• Fresh Hawaiian coffee (front desk) and filtered water in the lobby
• DirecTV with free access to premium cables channels
• Use of recreational beach equipment and beach towels
• Use of business center with color printer and copier
• Free local and domestic phone calls

Our amenity fee will resume to $15 plus taxes for stays from 1/1/2022 and beyond.
