Our one and two-bedroom apartments have incredible views of the ocean, bay and Miami skyline from your balcony. The pool is only steps away from the beach. The lighted tennis courts are only a few of the amenities to enjoy.
Fees collected at check-in:A mandatory $40.00 + tax ($45.60 total) per accommodation, per night Resort Fee. This fee includes: in room water bottle, coffee and Tea in the lobby, 3 beach chairs, pool access, beach access, beach loungers, beach towels, fitness center access, Internet access and in-room safe.
Self-parking is available for $40.00 (includes tax), per day.
Upon check-in, guests will be required to provide a valid picture ID and a major credit card. We will charge $100 per stay for incidental charges. Unused authorizations will be released at check-out and will take 5 to 7 business days to appear back on your account, if you paid with card.
You must be 21 years of age or older to check in and anyone under 21 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
