Resort Policies

Reservation Policies:
• A credit card must be provided at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation.
• All reservations will be charged a $30 per unit/per stay resort fee upon
check-in.

Checking In Policies:
• All guests checking in must be 21 years or older and present a valid driver’s license and credit card; $250 refundable credit card authorization to guarantee incidentals is due upon check-in.
• Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am.
• Special requests such as villa locations cannot be guaranteed, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
• All villas are nonsmoking including e-cigarettes
• Pet Policy: In accordance with the American with Disabilities Act (ADA), all service animals specifically trained to aid a person with a disability are welcome.
• No motor home, trailer or boat parking is available.
