Please note the property requires a fully refundable $200.00 USD incidental deposit upon check-in, by major credit card and returned at check-out pending inspection. Also, guest will be responsible for a pre-tax resort fee of $25 per night due upon check-in. No cash is accepted.

As part of our efforts to enhance and maintain Riviera Beach & Shores Resort, we’re working on exterior improvements that are anticipated to continue until early November, which include painting, replacing the awnings and repairing the siding. During renovations, the use of balconies and windows in the Suites may be limited as work commences in the area. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

HOTEL ANNOUNCEMENTS:

Elevator Outage Alert: The elevator in the Phase II building is currently out of service for repairs and is anticipated to be restored on November 17, 2023. During this time, access to the upper floors of the building will be primarily dependent on using stairs. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
