Located on Kaneohe Bay, this resort offers views of the Koolau Mountain range and Chinaman's Hat. Kaneohe Bay is protected by the largest barrier reef in the Hawaiian archipelago. Downtown Kaneohe is 6 miles away and Kualoa Ranch is 4 miles from the property. Kailua Beach Park is 12 miles away and Honolulu International Airport is 18 miles from Paradise Bay Resort. Hawaii Pacific University-Windward Campus is a 15-minute drive away.

Resort Fee (UPDATE): will be discounted by 50% for all stays from now to 6/30/2022. The mandatory resort fee (after discounts) will be US$19 plus tax ($21.85 tax inclusive) per room per night.  

The resort fee includes access to outdoor pool/jet spa, fitness room, BBQ grill, and floating docks, kayak and snorkel equipment rentals, use of beach towels, yoga classes and complimentary Wi-Fi.  Resort Fee will be collected from the guests at the property at check-in.

Breakfast & All Dining Experiences:  suspended until further notice. 

Parking Fee:  effective for all arrivals from 6/1/2021 - No End Date. Parking Fee = $15+tax ($15.71 tax inclusive) per vehicle per day (In/out access).  Limited parking is subject to availability.  Outdoor parking space only.
