Berkeley Shore Hotel is an Art Deco jewel on Collins Avenue just steps away from the beach and Miami’s most prestigious attractions. The iconic building was designed in 1940 by Albert Anis, one of the most prolific architects of the Art Deco District. His design portfolio of 70 buildings would forever shape Miami Beach’s distinctive style.
After a multimillion-dollar renovation and the addition of an adjacent 10-story tower, Berkeley Shore Hotel is opening its doors and ready to enchant visitors with its original Art Deco façade and sleek, modern interiors.
The hotel now features twice as many rooms as the original hotel, higher views, upscale amenities, fine dining, and other delightful enhancements.
Resort Fee is $32.00 plus tax (total $36.48), per night. This fee includes: Beach services including beach bag with towels, 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella per room. This also includes bottled water in guest rooms per day, unlimited local calls, movie rentals, high Speed wireless Internet access (up to 5 devices in guest rooms, lobby and most common areas).
