Security/Damage Deposit

Upon Check- in a $250 hold on a credit card is required as a damage/security deposit.  Debit card is not accepted.   If a credit card is not available $500 cash Security Deposit will be required

The deposit will be released within 10 days of departure, provided with No Damage to rental unit or its contents during your stay.
