The lovely landscaped inner-courtyard features the largest heated outdoor pool in Whistler and two hot tubs, all with spectacular, panoramic views of Whistler and Blackcomb Mountains. 

The Whistler Cascade Lodge Hotel also offers an exercise facility, complimentary ski & bike concierge for all guests, laundry facilities, lobby area with car rental desk, 24-hour front desk reception and heated underground parking.

No Daily Maid Service:
While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, mid stay housekeeping service is not included.

***Cascade Lodge Renovation Notice; A hallway renovation project will take place between April 20th to June 28th, 2020 at the Cascade Lodge. During this period, there may be some minor noise disruptions from the use of hand tools between the hours of 8am-6pm.  We apologize for any inconvenience, please inquire if you have questions about staying at this property.***

Internet Access:
Although some of ResortQuest Whistler properties provide complimentary internet, not all suites/properties have this feature. If having internet access is of utmost importance we highly recommend that guests verify the suite has internet access prior to making their reservation.

Cancellation Policy:

Summer Season: May 1 to November 25, 2020

No penalty for cancellations up to 48 hours prior to arrical. Cancellation within 48 hours will be subject to full penalty including taxes and fees. 

Regular Winter Season: Nov 26-Dec 19, 2020, Jan 03- Apr 30, 2021

Free cancellation up to 30 days prior. Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to arrival will forfeit 100% of the reservation. The guest is responsible for payment of all nights reserved, regardless of the guest's actual arrival or departure. There will be no refund for early departures or unused nights.

Holiday Season: Dec 20, 2020 - Jan 02, 2021

Free cancellation up to 60 days prior. Cancellations made 60 days or less prior to arrival will forfeit 100% of the reservation. The guest is responsible for payment of all nights reserved, regardless of the guest's actual arrival or departure. There will be no refund for early departures or unused nights.
