Safety Harbor Resort and Spa is a luxury resort, peaceful sanctuary and world-class day spa all on the same 22 acres of Tampa Bay coastline. The 2,000-year-old natural mineral springs that run directly beneath us were first discovered by explorers seeking the Fountain of Youth. Today, we still believe in their restorative powers so much that we use this liquid treasure throughout the resort-in all three pools, in our spa treatments and, of course, in our water coolers.

In 2007, the resort completed an extensive renovation of all 175 guest rooms and added 12 signature suites. This multi-million project enhanced all features of the spacious guest rooms. Each of our 175 newly renovated guest rooms provides a haven of tranquility, an inviting décor and comfortable furniture. Our pillow-top Serta Perfect Sleepers are layered with luxurious 300-thread count linens and duvets. New lighting and amenities in the bath and dressing room areas offer guests added comfort, while marble and granite surfaces create a contemporary look and feel.
Many of our guest rooms feature balconies or patios, outfitted with comfortable outdoor furniture to enjoy the tranquil views of Tampa Bay, the recreational pool or lush tranquility garden.
A personal work space allows you to stay connected to your family or office via wireless Internet access in all guest rooms and suites.
