Originally built in 1935, the Hotel Nash reopened in late December 1999 with an emphasis on superb comfort, elegant style, and attentive personal service. The Nash's 52 guest rooms are havens of soothing sage-green and ivory, custom furnished with shield-shaped armoires and lounge beds. Beautiful studies of local flora adorn the rooms' walls. Spacious green-tiled bathrooms are equipped with Calcutta-marble vanities, and rainforest showerheads. Our three soothing spa pools provide an added balm to the senses.

The Nash's lobby-level restaurant, Mark's South Beach, offers world-class cuisine in an intimate dining room that opens onto the garden and pool area.

Ideally located in the heart of Miami Beach's landmark Art Deco district, the Nash is one block from the beach, and within strolling distance of some of the best shops, restaurants, and cultural attractions in town, including the galleries and boutiques of nearby Lincoln Road.

CANCELLATION POLICY: no credit or refund will be given for early departures or cancellations made within seven days of your scheduled arrival. For cancellations made prior to one week of scheduled arrival date, a penalty of $25 will be charged.

ADDITIONAL FEES:

1) Resort fee $12.50 per day + tax 13% to be paid by guest directly to hotel.

2) At Check-in, Credit Card Authorization in amount of $250.00 for incidentals and/or damages will be taken, which may take processing centers 7-10 days to be released after check-out.

3) Valet Parking is $27 per night
