The Quad is still in the construction phases which are taking place from 6:00am – 4:00pm. Mainly, the exterior and interior zones of the hotel are being constructed. The majority of the noise and any disruptions will be in public areas and not in guestrooms. Guests may experience some dust and noise on occasions, but this will be as limited as possible. There is no expected completion date given as of yet. Guests will be notified upon arrival how this will affect their experience.”
