Completely renovated & restored to it's 1902 elegance, Hotel Ballard features 16 intimate rooms with 21st century amenities. Built in 1902, the building was originally commissioned by the American-Scandinavian Bank. In the late 1920s, it was converted to a Hotel, which has served the City of Ballard and neighboring communities of Fremont, Wallingford & Magnolia for over 100 years.
