“All guests are required to submit a major credit card and picture ID at check-in.  Guests checking in must be at least 21 years of age.  Bay Watch Resort and Conference Center is entirely smoke free. There will be a cleaning charge of $150 to guest if room requires a deep cleaning due to smoking.”  Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is by 11 AM.
